Job Title: Call Center Staff, Service Division
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Staff to join our Service Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the service system ServiceMax to perform various tasks such as new customer registration, customer information update, user machine registration, and maintenance contract registration.
- Utilize ERP Oracle to process sales orders, work orders, and customer registrations.
- Manage invoices by confirming content, printing, and storing them in PDF format.
- Prepare lists of consumables shipped under maintenance contracts and report them to customers via fax.
- Perform irregular tasks such as address printing for DMs and creation of administrative work manuals.
- Assist service engineers with various tasks and provide common job support.
Common Jobs
- Create parts orders and dispatch work orders, including case and work order creation.
- Handle calls, orders, and inquiries in the call center.
- Enclose invoices and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ServiceMax and ERP Oracle is required.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
