– 会社名、コーポレートアイデンティティの見直し
・採用広報/エンプロイヤーブランディング
– 採用候補者に「応募したい」と思わせるストーリーテリング
– オウンドメディア、採用サイト刷新、社員インタビュー、カルチャー発信
・ ステークホルダー向け広報
・投資家・株主へのブランドストーリー発信(IRとPRの連動)
– 危機管理広報の体制整備(リスクモニタリング、有事対応)
・ 社内ブランディング – MVVの浸透施策
– オウンドメディアにおける社員を巻き込んだ「分散型投稿モデル」の仕組み構築
– 組織構築・リーダーシップ – コーポレートブランディング室の立ち上げ、編集方針策定、メンバーの採用と育成
– PR代理店・制作会社との協働とプロジェクトマネジメント
- 必須要件・スキル
・ 事業会社またはPR会社での広報・ブランド戦略実務経験 3年以上
・経営メッセージを理解し、候補者や市場に伝わる形で言語化・ストーリー化できる力 – 限られた資金・人的リソースの中でも、創意工夫と自ら手を動かしながら業務を推進した経験
・オウンドメディア/コーポレートサイト/SNSを活用した発信経験
・ メディアリレーション構築・取材対応・プレスリリース運用の実績 – 複数部署を巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進した経験
- 歓迎要件・スキル
・スタートアップ/急成長フェーズでのブランド・広報責任者経験
・ 採用広報・エンプロイヤーブランディングの実績 – 危機管理広報/レピュテーションマネジメントの経験 – 英語での発信力(グローバル展開に向けたPR)
・データドリブンで広報活動を評価・改善した経験(露出品質やブランドKPIの設計)
