職務には次のような内容が含まれます。
- AWSのアカウントマネージャーやプリセールス、トレーニング、サポートチームと協業して、パートナーやお客様がAWSのサービスを活用していくことを支援します
- お客様が効果的にAWSを活用いただくためにAWSの営業チーム、エンジニアリングチーム、サポートチームと協力して、お客様やパートナーのニーズを収集し、パートナーやお客様先に対して技術的支援を提供します
- これはプリセールスでの訪問への同行、お客様のニーズを理解、パッケージ化されたオファリングの提案と提供、カスタマイズされたソリューションの提供などが含まれます
- AWSサービスを使ってプライベートクラウドとパブリッククラウドにまたがった新しい分散コンピューティングソリューションの実現を支援し、プロジェクトを遂行します
A day in the life
お客様先に常駐はせず、訪問ベースでご支援を提供しています。オフィス勤務を基本としつつ、状況に合わせた柔軟な働き方をしています。また、お客様のご要望があればお客様先へ訪問や出張があります。お客様に対してチームで対応するなど体制に柔軟性があり、コアなしフレックス制度など制度面でも柔軟でライフステージに合った働きやすい環境が整っております。

Basic Qualifications

- ITプラットフォーム上での要件定義・設計・構築・導入のハンズオン経験とプロジェクトリード経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話力
- AWS 認定ソリューションアーキテクト - アソシエイト相当のAWSスキル
- 以下いずれかの経験
- 可用性の高いシステムの設計とソリューション化に関する実務経験
- 継続的インテグレーションプラットフォームの設計と実装に関する実務経験
- エンタープライズにおけるネットワーク、コンピューティング、ストレージ、コンテナを含むクラウド実装の経験
Preferred Qualifications
- プロフェッショナルレベルのAWS認定取得
- オンプレミス環境からクラウドへのインフラ、アプリケーションなどのマイグレーション経験
- ソフトウェア開発のライフサイクル(SDLC)やアジャイルに関する知識・経験
- サーバレスやマイクロサービスアーキテクチャを活用したクラウド導入経験
- 生成AIを活用したプロダクト開発または業務変革支援
- ITコンプライアンスやセキュリティリスク管理に対応した経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語力
