Amazon Web Services(AWS)のProfessional Servicesでは、企業のオンプレミス環境上にあるワークロードをAWSへの移行を支援し、これらのシステムをモダナイズすることで、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションをより俊敏かつ弾力的に加速できるように支援するCloud Infra Architectを募集しています。
お客様の業務を支える基幹システムはビジネスを支える重要なシステムです。多くの企業において、こうしたシステムは、オンプレミス環境で稼働しています。こうしたシステムは安定かつ堅剛である一方で、定常的な運用コスト負荷、短期間で変化するビジネスニーズへの柔軟な対応が容易でないなどが課題になっています。従来のアプリケーション資産を継承しモダナイズすることでビジネスに俊敏性と持続性を実現化することは大きなチャレンジです。しかし、モダナイズされたアプリケーションアセットを Amazon Web Services(AWS) のマネージドサービス上で動かすことは、単なるプラットフォームやアプリケーションアセットの刷新にとどまらない、お客様の未来を作る仕事です。モダナイゼーションによってコスト削減、効率化が実現すれば、生成AIなどの最新の技術サービスの活用による新しいアプリケーション開発と新しいビジネスサービスのプロダクトリリースなどの長期的な好循環と価値の享受が期待できます。このようなお客様のビジネストランスフォーメーションの実現を支援するのが Cloud Infra Consultant です。オンプレミス環境の知識と経験を持ち、これらの上で稼働する様々なワークロードのモダナイゼーションに経験、興味のある方を求めています。
Key job responsibilities
当ポジションのコンサルタントは、お客様とパートナーのオンプレミス環境と稼働するワークロードの評価、計画、動員、設計、実行を支援します。AWS ProServeのコンサルタントは、スケーラブルなモダナイゼーション手法と自動化ツール技術をエンゲージメント全体に適用することで、オンプレミス環境よりクラウドへの移行およびモダナイゼーションを加速することを目指します。お客様の経営課題を把握しそれを実現する上で、現行システムのモダナイゼーションの最適アプローチとそれを実現する全体計画の策定を支援します。また、関係する技術コンサルタントとともに、モダナイゼーションのための最適技術手法や技術選択肢の決定などを支援し、お客様が AWS のサービスを活用してスケーラブルで可用性の高いアプリケーションソリューションを構築できるよう支援します。こうした支援を通じた市場へのサービス投入の短縮化やビジネスインパクトの大きなシステムのクラウドへのマイグレーション&モダナイゼーションの実現はとてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです。
お客様の成功のために複数の Professional Services のメンバーやAWS パートナーのメンバー、そして、グローバルの Professional Services を含む社内の多くの AWS チームや AWS パートナーと連携し、価値提供にまい進することで技術者としての成長も期待できます。
A day in the life
お客様先に常駐はせず訪問ベースでご支援を提供しています。また、お客様のご要望があればお客様先へ訪問があります。お客様に対してチームで対応するなど体制に柔軟性があり、コアなしフレックス制度やリモートワークも活用し、柔軟でライフステージに合った働きやすい環境が整っております。

Basic Qualifications
- お客様先でAWSの代表として、顧客のプロジェクト責任者と情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーションスキル
- お客様、パートナー様、社内の他部門と連携しプロジェクトを進めるスキル
- ITプラットフォーム上での要件定義・設計・構築・導入のハンズオン経験とプロジェクトリード経験
- オンプレミス環境→クラウド環境/オンプレミス環境等の移行プロジェクトにてアセスメント・計画・移行の経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話力
- AWS 認定ソリューションアーキテクト - アソシエイト相当のAWSスキル
- ***上記に加えて以下いずれかの経験***
- 可用性の高いシステムの設計とソリューション化に関する実務経験
- 継続的インテグレーションプラットフォームの設計と実装に関する実務経験
- エンタープライズにおけるネットワーク、コンピューティング、ストレージ、コンテナを含むクラウド実装の経験
Preferred Qualifications
- プロフェッショナルレベルのAWS認定取得
- データベース環境のクラウド移行またはDBエンジン移行の経験
- 基幹システムをクラウド環境へ移行した経験
- AWSサービスを利用したモダナイゼーションの経験
- 日常会話レベルの英語力
