(2)求人広告を企画・提案・制作
(3)求人メディアと連動した各種広告の企画・制作
(4)弊社制作部と連携を取りつつ広告掲載後フォロー
(5)採用成功へ導く
採用を検討するクライアントに向けて広告提案や採用支援を行います。 「どのような人材を、どう採用したらいいか?」「選考の方法や選考フローについて悩んでいる」など、 お客様からの疑問・ご要望に、 "採用のプロ"として対応していきます。
