【仕事内容】

本ポジションは、人事部門にて採用業務をメインでお任せします。新卒採用・中途採用の両方に関わって頂く想定です。

【業務詳細】

・採用戦略策定(採用市場分析、採用課題の抽出とアクションプラン設定、効果測定)

・各部門責任者やエージェントとの折衝、転職希望者への魅力付け/クロージング対応

・募集ニーズの要件定義、母集団形成、説明会/面接など採用活動における企画、実行、運営

新卒採用:25名~30名

中途採用:30名~40名

採用面接や説明会開催はじめ、人材紹介会社とのリレーション構築・ダイレクトリクルーティングの企画・運用、その他、採用戦略の立案・推進、社員研修企画・立案、採用ブランディング施策の考案、人事制度設計など、一人ひとりのキャリア志向に合わせて、幅広い業務への挑戦の可能性がございます。
