仕事内容:
主な職務
当社オリジナルのグローバルモール(マーケットプレイス)の加盟店のマネジメントや、販促企画・マーケティング全体の業務など、幅広い領域におけるアシスタント業務です。取り扱う商品は物販やサービス(エステやレストランなど)など多岐にわたり、これからオープンするモールの運営を軸に、モール全体の発展に貢献できます。
新規顧客のビジネス拡大まで一貫して携わるため、新たな経験により充実でき、その手応えを直に感じていただけます。新規プロジェクト、その他会社の運営に関する全ての業務に関わる可能性もございます。

勤務時間・曜日:
・勤務時間9:00~18:00
・休憩60分
・時間外勤務あり(なるべく定時で帰る工夫をみんなでしています)
・勤務日:月~金曜日
・まれにイベントのため休日出勤あり(振替休日あり)
休暇・休日:
・土日、祝日休み(休日にイベント参加の可能性あり)
・年末年始休暇:12月30日~1月3日

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥420,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,252〜¥56,352(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
