仕事内容:

仕事内容としては、平日の通学や通所の送り迎えや休日の外出支援がメインとなります。平日の送り迎えに関しては、安全に移動ができるための見守りが多くあります。年齢層も未就学児から60代の方など幅広い利用者さんがいます。外出支援については、観光地や商業施設などに同行する形となります。徒歩もしくは公共交通機関を使用するため、運転免許は必要ありません。

ほかにも新宿区初の大プロジェクト「住み慣れた街での一人暮らし」も応援していますこちらは夜勤の支援となります。24時間付きっきりちうわけでなく、睡眠もとれる形となっています。そのため、看護師さんなどとは少し違った勤務体系になります。詳細は面接にてお話いたします。(1泊3万円程支給)

9割の方が未経験から始めており、資格取得や研修にも力を入れています。

また、役員2人とも20代で、2人で一から会社を立ち上げました。経営のことなども積極的に聞いてください。

勤務時間・曜日:

時間の融通は利きます。利用者さんの依頼などで変更等もあります。

「まずは1時間から」「毎週この曜日だけ」「おうちのことの合間に、この時間だけ」「学校に行く前、学校の空きコマに」「普段の出勤前、退勤後に」どんなスタイルでもOKです

朝や夕方の1時間のみなど、短い時間でも大丈夫です。

少しの時間だけでも支援をして一緒に過ごしてくれるだけで、利用者やご家族の方にとても感謝されます。

少しの時間で働きたい方やたくさん働きたい方、どちらも大歓迎です
