プロジェクトマネージャー(物流領域、技術)の役割は、エンジニアと密接に連携し、自動運転システムとサービスの設計から運用まで、一連のプロセス全体をリードすることです。当社のAutowareを活用した自動運転ソリューションを、トラックメーカー、建機メーカー、そして自社の物流・運搬を担う事業者といった幅広い顧客へ提供するプロジェクトの成功に責任を持ちます。

- プロジェクトの管理・推進:
- 顧客の要件(車両・ユースケース)を詳細にヒアリングし、プロジェクト全体を設計
- プロジェクトのKPI(Key
Performance
Indicator)とKGI(Key
Goal
Indicator)を定義し、進捗を可視化、管理
- 人員配置、予算とコストの計算、スケジュール管理など、プロジェクトマネジメント全般
- 技術的な側面からのプロジェクトリード:
- Autowareの仕様や特徴について深い理解を持ち、顧客の立場に立ち、プロジェクト全体の技術的な方向性を提示
- 開発・評価チームを巻き込み、社内外の多様な技術を統合し、顧客に最適なソリューションを構築・提供
- 顧客との連携:
- プロジェクト進行中の技術的な問い合わせや課題に対し、自身で回答を試み、必要に応じてエンジニアと連携して解決策を導出
- 顧客のニーズを深く理解し、当社の自動運転サービスが顧客のビジネスに最大限貢献するよう、最適なソリューションを提案
