Hamilton Robotics is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join our Robotics team, supporting, repairing and maintaining robotic instrumentation. The ideal candidate will live and work in the supported Japan territory.

As a Field Service Specialist with Hamilton Company, you will be tasked with providing high quality customer support through instrument installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Responsible for new equipment installation. 新規機器のインストール
- Perform preventative maintenance. トラブル予防メンテナンスの実施
- Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment. ハミルトン社製機器のトラブルシューティングと修理
- Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures. 機器の不具合についての問題報告、根本的原因の分析
- Regular commute to and from customer sites with ability to navigate within the region. Must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring on-time arrival at customer sites. 顧客先への定期的な通勤、担当地域内の移動が可能であること。交通法規を遵守し、正確なルートで時間通りに顧客先を訪問すること。

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a regionally accredited, not-for-profit university preferred. 正式認可をうけている非営利の大学で関連分野の学士号を取得していることが望ましい。

- The equivalent combination of an Associates, Vocational, Technical/Trade, or equivalent degree/certificate and at least two years of technical experience working in an electronic/electrical engineering environment with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronics, electrical, mechanical, and computer systems. 契約社員?、職業訓練、技術/専門、または同等の学位/資格と、電子/電気工学環境で少なくとも2年間の技術経験を有し、電子、電気、機械、コンピュータシステムのトラブルシューティングの能力を証明できること。
