Responsibilities:
【①Internal Communications】
・CHO(Chief Happiness Officer)としてのアクション
Happiness Committee (社内イベント委員会の 呼称) の全体リード、意見の取り纏めや委員会の運営・議事録作成等
・各月のイベント運営
各月にアサインされたリード(委員会メンバーの中から選出)と協働し、 決められた予算の中で、社員の交流/コミュニケーション活性に伴うイベントの運営や社内広報としてのアクション、開催後のレビュー・分析を行う
・イレギュラーイベント運営
Family DayやKick offといったイレギュラーイベントに対しても、計画立案から実施までを円滑にオンタイムで行う。(業者との折衝多々あり)
【②Facilities】
・E(Environment)H(Health)S(Safety) 全般業務
-Global Sustainable Teamとコミュニケーションを取りながら、専用システムへのCO2等の情報入力・報告
-ISO14001の認証継続監査対応
-Office Relocation/Renovation時の対応
-Global Security Teamとの日常コミュニケーション、Incident発生時のレポート等
-健康診断/ストレスチェックの実施・管理全般
-衛生委員会事務局
-オフィス環境管理(月に1度 千葉県柏倉庫への外出あり)
-BCPマニュアルのアップデート
-規定のアップデート
-安否確認システム(グローバル指定のシステムの為、英語です)の管理・運用と、災害時のGlobal Risk Management Teamへのレポート
-請求書処理等の事務処理
-ビルオーナー等との折衝・コミュニケーション
*①をメインで行っていただきながら、常にデリータスクがあるわけではないので、
②の業務をマルチタスクで進めていただきます。業務比率はその時の状況に応じて変動
しますので、①・②両方の業務に携わっていただきます。

- 複数回のプロジェクト経験(リード/サブリード経験があれば尚可)大小や成功失敗問わず

- 対外向けの折衝経験
