JOB TITLE Marketing Intern
REPORTING TO Marketing Manager(s)
LOCATION Tokyo, Japan
This is an exciting internship opportunity at LOEWE's Japan headquarters. If you are interested in Marketing at a fast-paced and fast-growing luxury brand and are available to work at least 3 days a week for a minimum 6 months please apply.
What you can learn
Hands-on experience in executing media campaigns, including planning, asset submissions, and vendor coordination, as well as collaboration with HQ in a fast-paced luxury brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Media Support
- Assisting with campaign execution, focusing on both planning and administrative media tasks.
- Preparing and managing documents for campaign plans within the Marketing team.
- Coordinating with HQ teams, including offline media submissions, creative resizes, and approval follow-ups.
- Supporting media-related admin processes such as color sample coordination, vendor communications, and posting verification.
- Supporting deadlines management and delivery of necessary assets/copies for campaign launch.
Other / Admin Support
- Translation work (English Japanese)
- Meeting coordination
- Office admin support such as ordering supplies
- Support of other Marketing team members

Required skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Adept at creating presentations and documents on Google Slide and Powerpoint
- Prior experience on adobe softwares
Experience
- Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment and/or working in the retail or luxury industry is a plus
