日本ローカルマーケティングチームの一員として、日本市場におけるブランドプロモーション、ユーザー獲得、KOL との協業、ローカライズコンテンツ制作などの業務をサポートしていただきます。日本市場向けの実際のマーケティングプロジェクトに直接関わり、企画から実行までの一連の経験を積むことができます。
【主な業務内容】
- 市場リサーチ・分析
日本のゲーム/コンテンツプラットフォーム/エンタメ業界における市場トレンド、競合動向、ユーザーの声を収集。
X(Twitter)、YouTube、TikTok、Discord などの SNS データを分析し、インサイトレポートを作成。
- マーケティング施策のサポート
日本市場向けのオンラインプロモーション、ユーザー参加型イベント、コミュニティ施策などの企画・実行補助。
広告動画、KV、バナー等の素材制作の調整、ローカライズ内容のチェックに参加。
- インフルエンサー協業サポート
協業候補となる日本の KOL、VTuber、配信者のリサーチ。
連絡、スケジュール調整、依頼内容の共有、成果物チェックなどのプロセスをサポート。
効果データの集計およびレポート作成を補助。
- プロジェクト実行・事務業務サポート
クロスファンクションとのコミュニケーション、会議議事録作成、進行管理のサポート。
予算使用記録の整理、素材アセットの管理など、基本的なオペレーション業務。
【応募資格】
- 大学生または大学院生(学部不問)。マーケティング、メディア、日語関連専攻は尚可。
- 日本語能力 N1 以上(業務上問題なく使用できるレベル)。
- 日本文化、ACG、ゲーム、トレンドに関する一定の理解がある方。
- 良好なコミュニケーション能力、学習意欲、責任感を持つ方。
- ゲームに強い興味があり、日本の配信者・プレイヤー・ゲーム市場の動向について見識をお持ちの方。
