Main Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Support:
Plan and support various exciting initiatives and events within the INSIDE LVMH arena
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist with interview arrangements and manage hiring data
General Administrative Support:
Handle tasks such as filing, copying, mailing, and invoice processing
Ad-hoc HR Tasks: Take on various HR-related administration tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Language:
Fluent in Japanese and possess basic English skills
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Availability / Duration:
Start Date:
Ideally early January 2026(open to discussion)
Duration:
Ideally 1 year
Working Hours: 3 days a week, 6 hours per day (negotiable)
Work Style:
A hybrid working style is available
