【①Internal Communications】
- CHO(Chief Happiness Officer)としてのアクション
Happiness Committee (社内イベント委員会の 呼称) の全体リ-ド、意見の取り纏めや委員会の運営
- 議事録作成等
- 各月のイベント運営
各月にアサインされたリ-ド(委員会メンバ-の中から選出)と協働し、 決められた予算の中で、社員の交流/コミュニケ-ション活性に伴うイベントの運営や社内広報としてのアクション、開催後のレビュ-
- 分析を行う
- イレギュラ-イベント運営
Family DayやKick offといったイレギュラ-イベントに対しても、計画立案から実施までを円滑にオンタイムで行う。(業者との折衝多々あり)
【②Facilities】
- E(Environment)H(Health)S(Safety) 全般業務
- Global Sustainable Teamとコミュニケ-ションを取りながら、専用システムへのCO2等の情報入力
- 報告
- ISO14001の認証継続監査対応
- Office Relocation/Renovation時の対応
- Global Security Teamとの日常コミュニケ-ション、Incident発生時のレポ-ト等
- 健康診断/ストレスチェックの実施
- 管理全般
- 衛生委員会事務局
- オフィス環境管理(月に1度 千葉県柏倉庫への外出あり)
- BCPマニュアルのアップデ-ト
- 規定のアップデ-ト
- 安否確認システム(グロ-バル指定のシステムの為、英語です)の管理
- 運用と、災害時のGlobal Risk Management Teamへのレポ-ト
- 請求書処理等の事務処理
- ビルオ-ナ-等との折衝
- コミュニケ-ション
- ①をメインで行っていただきながら、常にデイリ-タスクがあるわけではないので、
②の業務をマルチタスクで進めていただきます。業務比率はその時の状況に応じて変動
しますので、①
