Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Tokyo, Japan, for a Community Manager Intern.
The successful candidate will engage with global startups, help build and maintain a thriving community, manage social media channels and online groups, and organize events and networking opportunities.
Key responsibilities include content creation, responding to inquiries, fostering partnerships, and supporting communication efforts within the startup ecosystem. The Community Manager Intern will also assist in curating resources for startups and connecting them with the right stakeholders.Qualifications
Experience in Community Management, Event Coordination, or Social Media Engagement
Excellent Communication, Writing, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to develop Content Strategies and work on collaborative platforms
Knowledge or interest in Global Startups, Market Entry Strategies, and Innovation
Proficiency in multiple languages, including Japanese and English, is preferred
Organizational Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Passion for building diverse and inclusive startup communities
