【Role Overview

】The Head of Internal Communications, Global, will establish and lead a high-performing, data-driven Global Internal Communications Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for the global planning and execution of best-in-class internal communications activities (i.e., global town halls, employee, leadership, and manufacturing communications, round tables, Olympus Exchange events) and partner closely with the Global and Regional Communications Business Partners, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality outputs

.The role ensures quality and process excellence, best-in-class editorial standards, continuous upskilling, and the adoption of AI or new ways of working to streamline operations. Other responsibilities include optimizing the internal communication infrastructure (i.e., GIH, Microsoft 365) and integrating systems and processes following M&A. The role ensures a high understanding of strategic direction, engagement and retention of global employees

【Primary Duties & Responsibiliti
