APJ Renewal Sales Administrator (Fixed-Term)

Japan-Tokyo
This role requires a talented and collaborative individual, who is detailed and process-oriented, able to demonstrate initiative to carry out support contract renewals. The role holder acts as a key support and business partner to the Sales Team in Japan & APAC, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager of Japan & APAC. You can expect a great level of collaboration and appreciation from your peers in the accomplishment of your objectives.
Sales Order Admin
- Process Support Contract Renewals in accordance with A10 policies
- Update Support Contracts in Oracle
- Work with the local sales teams, sales operations & distributors to ensure the sales orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance to A10 policies
- Support month-end closing
Miscellaneous
- Providing reports /administration support with reference to renewals to colleagues within A10
- Potential of working on additional bespoke projects to enhance & improve internal contact databases/ systems
- Potentially providing Forecast reporting to the sales controller
Desired Skills/ Experience
- Min 3 years' sales order admin experience
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with people across all levels of the organization and with A10's distributors & partners
- Self-driven, dependable, organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in using and Oracle as business tools a definite plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and being able to adapt to changing priorities
- Must be a Team player
Duties may require working outside your normal working hours (evenings and weekends at end of month & quarter)
