FRED is seeking an organized, fast-paced, and self-motivated individual to support General Manager of FRED Japan. This role requires attention to details, exceptional communication skills, ability to take on technical tasks with minimal direction, and business level English proficiency. The successful candidate will be self-driven, thrive when given many responsibilities and have flexibility to respond to general inquiries and requests from the management or boutiques.
Job Responsibilities
Supporting General Manager and Office members.
Support smooth management of FRED Japan and help achieve the sales
target.
- Office support
GM assistant task (schedule management and business trip
arrangements etc.)
Provide all-rounded administrative support to office.
Applications of PO – invoice – contracts, etc. in line with the group
regulations.
- Onboarding Support: Cooperate with HRBP to onboard new staff
- schedule, documents, contacts, etc.
- Coordination within the LVMH group
Coordinate projects from support functions: legal, internal controls, IT,
finance to the team members.
- Support visitors from HQ
Coordination of visitors' travel and accommodation bookings.
Assist as a Japanese/English from HQ as necessary upon their visit.

Profile
✓ Prior experience in supporting the General Manager/ Executive or assisting small size of a team(about 5-10 people) ✓ Verbal and written proficiency in English and fluency in Japanese. ✓ A university degree or equivalent work experience ✓ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ✓ Great interest in luxury business ✓ A team player with excellent communication skills.
