当社では、東京のセールスチームに所属するセールスサポートアドミニストレーターを募集しています。本ポジションは、営業担当者やマネージャーを支援し、A&G の収益成長を後押しする重要な役割を担います。営業機会の管理や他部門との調整を行い、円滑な営業活動をサポートします。チームは10名で構成され、セグメントセールスディレクターの直属となります。営業・管理サポートに強みをお持ちの方からの応募をお待ちしています。

営業担当者の活動や営業機会のサポート (例:
顧客訪問準備、プロモーション活動、コンソーシアム年次交渉サポート、GSP 配分確認、顧客ティア判定の FTE チェック など)
RAM と連携したスムーズな契約更新対応
顧客データベースや営業記録の更新・管理
顧客からの問い合わせ対応および適切な営業担当者への振り分け
データ入力やレポート作成などの営業事務サポート
受注処理・関連書類の正確かつ迅速な対応
売上成長への貢献、および日本営業チームの業務効率向上への寄与

This is an amazing opportunity to work on supporting sellers and managers, providing help with sales opportunities and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
The team consist of 10 members and it is reporting to the Segment Sales Director.We have a great skill set in Sales and we would live to speak with you if you have skills in Sales/Admin Support.
About YouWork experience:
At least 3 years in Sales/Admin Support
Knowledge, skills, or abilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot
Education:
Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience
Motivated and willing to learn
Proactive and results-driven

Basic and intermediate Excel skills:
Basic Level
Cell formatting (font, color, borders)
Sorting and filtering data
Basic functions:

PivotTables for data analysis
Familiarity with iQuest
What will you be doing in this role?
Assist in supporting salespeople and sales opportunities (e.g., preparation for customer visits, promotional activities, consortium annual negotiation support, GSP allocation checks, FTE checks for customer tiers, etc.)
Manage smooth renewals in close collaboration with RAM
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation
Contribute to revenue growth, raising sales efficiency greatly to the Japan sales
