Destination Asia Japan is a wholly owned subsidiary of dnata Travel, part of the Emirates Group—one of the world's largest and most respected travel services providers.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Support Coordinator to join our Leisure Department.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the travel industry and gain hands-on experience working closely with sales, product, and operations teams.
What You'll DoSupport the Leisure Sales team by accurately loading confirmed bookings into the booking software
Gain a strong understanding of Destination Asia Japan's products, services, and internal processes
Work closely with travel planners to clarify booking details and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all services can be delivered smoothly
Create service requests to the product team for any missing products or services in the system
Provide clear, polite, and professional feedback to travel planners when errors are identified
Ensure all bookings are completed accurately and handed back to the travel planner in a timely manner
Maintain accuracy of booking costs and selling prices in the system
Follow departmental strategies, processes, KPIs, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality
Previous administrative, coordination, or support experience is an advantage but not required
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Skills & Competencies
Business level English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and methodical approach to tasks
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams
Willingness to learn booking systems, products, and internal processes
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
