Tesla Energyチームでは、ビジネスオペレーションチームに所属するセールスオペレーションコーディネーターを募集しています。
このポジションはプロセスの実行を担当し、Tesla EnergyがPowerwall製品の開発・拡大を進める中で、プロセスやシステムの改善にも関与します。
Salesチームおよび販売・納品プロセスに関わる他の部門と密接に連携し、注文パイプラインの管理、社内外の関係者からの問い合わせ対応、納品報告、重要な運用上の問題の解決を担います。
Responsibilities
認定販売施工会社からの注文のすべての運用(バックログ管理、販売注文の納品、収益認識、回収金管理、オンボーディング)を実行・調整
Salesチームと協力し、販売および注文プロセスの改善・効率化を推進し、改善内容の反映時に最新のドキュメントを提供
システムの不一致を迅速に調査し、関係者に解決策を提案
不要な手順の排除、日常業務を支援するダッシュボードやツールの作成を通じて、生産性向上に向けた特別プロジェクトを主導
新規または更新されたシステムロジックおよび手順のテストに参加
Requirements
ビジネス、コンピューターサイエンスなどの関連分野での学士号
運用業務の経験2年以上(テクノロジーまたはエネルギー業界での経験が望ましい)
複数の部署と協力的な関係を築き、維持できる能力
自発的に行動し、目標志向かつモチベーションが高い一方で、指示に従える柔軟性
詳細への高い注意
内部ビジネスシステムおよびMS Officeへの精通(MS ExcelおよびSQLの基礎的なスキルを含む)
自ら行動し、継続的に学び、創造的に思考し、成果を出す意欲
動的な環境で効率的にマルチタスクをこなし、優先順位を設定し、結果や成果物を追跡できる能力
英語力(読み書き・会話)、日本語(ネイティブレベル)
