CASETiFY is now looking for a KOL&PR Marketing Intern who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented.
Day to day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, communications, support on influencer gifting, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.
Long term internship: 6monthsスキル・資格
Basic English comprehension sufficient to handle simple email/DM communication with the help of AI translation tools.
Strong interest in social media, regularly following influencers on Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Proficiency in PC operations, particularly Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, simple aggregation)
High attention to detail and accuracy (particularly important for shipment and list management tasks)

業務内容
Influencer Marketing (KOL) Operations
Identify and shortlist potential KOLs through SNS research and category mapping
Conduct outreach to influencers via DM and email using prepared pitch templates
Manage product shipment operations (shipment requests, inventory checks, address management)
Monitor and track influencer coverage; conduct necessary follow-ups
Includes support during periods when interns are unavailable
Prepare weekly reporting materials (Gifting section only)
Support product ordering and operational tasks related to paid collaborations
PR Operations
Manage product shipments to media outlets and handle sample logistics
Coordinate media gifting (set preparation, shipping, and list management)
Collect and compile media coverage
Conduct basic PR-related research (media landscape checks, trend searches, etc.)

DM・メールを通じたインフルエンサーへのピッチング対応

カバレッジ確認およびフォローアップ対応
Weeklyレポート作成(KOL関連領域の数値・実績整理)
有償KOL施策に関連する製品発注などの簡易オペレーション業務
PR業務
メディア各社への商品発送およびサンプル管理
メディア向けギフト手配(セット組み、発送、リスト管理)
メディアカバレッジの収集・集計
PR関連の簡易リサーチ業務(媒体調査、トレンドチェックなど)

Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00, with 1 hour break, maximum 20hours/week
Approximately 2-3 days/week, 5-6hours/day
Minimum 1 day Office, other days can be remote but recommend work in office 2days more/week.
