Position:
Internship in PR team
Main Responsibilities:
Depending on the candidate's abilities and interests, responsibilities may include assisting with the following tasks:
- Competitor analysis & reporting
- Reporting (Post-event report, Article clippings etc)
- Research in Micro/Macro Influencer activities
- Visual data managing (downloading, internal sharing etc)
- Supporting the product management for shootings, event and giftings.
- Communication with vendors (ex. with Media Globe for product lendings)
- Supporting role in PR event operations
Requirements:
- Current university or graduate student
- Native Japanese speaker with mid-level English proficiency
- Strong passion and interest to cosmetics products & the brand
- Interest or relevant activities involving media such as SNS, magazines and other online-medias
- Able to use MS Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel, Word)
Availability & Duration:
- Start date in March 2026, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Longer-term availability is highly preferred, and extensions are possible by mutual agreement.
- This is an office-based internship located in Hirakawacho, Chiyoda, Tokyo, and regular on-site attendance is required.
- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, with approximately 7-7.5 hours per day. The specific schedule will be determined through mutual discussion and is subject to adjustment as needed.
