Job Description

  • Provide clients with strategic public relations consulting, planning and daily account management.
  • Acquire new projects and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver PR exposure reports and market analysis to clients and continuously improve PR and promotional strategies. Plan and support events.
  • Develop and manage overall project plans in line with client requirements, including sample management, media day and event planning and execution, and media relationship management.
  • Continuously identify new VIPs and communities, stay informed of current fashion trends, and organize relevant information on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with artists, KOLs, stylists, VIPs, and communities.
  • Develop media and VIP/community exposure.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of activities. Execute both traditional media and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and sales strategies to propose improved user experiences.
  • Manage performance through PDCA cycles based on KPIs agreed with clients, and improve usability and functionality across all digital activities.
  • Collaborate with external business partners and agencies (media, digital, and design agencies) to maximize their capabilities.
  • Manage the PR/Marketing team.

Must Ability

  • Business above English communication skills
  • Native Japanese communication skills
  • PR/Marketing working experience 5 years above
  • Knowledge and network over Japan Market
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Flexibility to move to Tokyo, Japan
