The Role
The company is expanding its digital transformation capabilities in Japan, requiring a strategic IT leader to oversee complex technology integration and innovation projects.
Reporting directly to the Regional Technology Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance team of 6-8 technology professionals, driving digital strategy and implementation across multiple business units.
Your Skills
- Native or near-native level Japanese language skills with fluent business English.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, with proven track record of successful digital transformation projects.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and digital strategy.
- Strong experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
