【 Job Description】

You'll be responsible for the UI/Graphic Designer duties for the company's dating and matchmaking apps.

Job Responsibilities

・UI/UX design for either their "with," global business, or new business initiatives.

・Graphic production for cover images used in regularly held psychological tests.

・Creating banners and icons within the service.

・UI design for Android/iOS apps and smartphone web views.

・Designing in-service landing pages.

・Illustration production (on occasion).

・Creating graphic content for owned media.

・Designing ads related to "with" (LP only).

【Workflow】

・Weekly Monday Morning Meeting: Every Monday at 11:00 AM, the team holds a morning meeting. While individual start times vary, most members begin their work between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

・App Improvement Meetings: You'll participate in app improvement strategy meetings via Google Meet.

・UI Improvement & General Design Work: You'll handle UI improvements and general design tasks by communicating on Slack and conducting design reviews within Figma.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・Experience in app or web UI design

・Experience in graphic design

・3+ years of Photoshop/Illustrator experience

*Portfolio (any format) is required.

【Preferred】

・5+ years of working experience with Photoshop/Illustrator.

・Able to use prototyping tools such as Figma/XD

・Working experience in AfterEffect, or motion design and animation creation.

・Able to draw illustrations (in Illustrator or on a tablet)
