当社は広告関連における、一連のコミュニケーションビジネスを展開している、
広告代理店です。
グローバルブランドが主なクライアントになります。クライアントと共に一から商品等をブランディングしていくところが、特徴のひとつであり、そのニーズやプロジェクトの性質によって、様々なアプローチを提案しています。
主な担当クライアント:世界的ファーストフード店/欧州車ブランド/化粧品メーカー/タバコ会社/保険会社/食品ブランド/証券会社
世界中からスタッフが集まる国際色豊かなオフィスで、スタッフ同士の交流も盛んです。
またスタッフのワークライフバランスの向上にも力を入れており、よりフレキシブルで自立した働き方のために「自宅勤務制度」を導入するなど、スタッフが働きやすい環境構築に取り組んでいます。
Overview
業務内容
様々なブランドに関わるプロジェクトの広告デザイン、CIやVIの開発、販促ツールのデザイン、パッケージデザイン、エディトリアルデザイン、Webデザイン、サイネージなど、幅広いデザイン業務に携わっていただきます。
戦略・目的を理解しアイデアをビジュアルやUIへ落とし込む能力、社内外のスタッフと連携しプロジェクトを遂行するためのコミュニケーション能力などが重要視されます。
また、デザインクオリティの担保、進行管理や後進の育成にも携わっていただきます。
Responsibilities
キービジュアル/商品パッケージ/SPツール/CI・ロゴマークなど広告関連のデザイン制作
WEBデザイン/デジタル業務におけるグラフィック制作
(バナー、SNS用画像)
デザインクオリティの担保/進行管理/デザイナーの育成
紙媒体・デジタルともにデザイン業務全般をお願いいたします。
Qualifications
【必須(MUST)】
・デザイン経験5年以上
・Illustrator、Photoshop、Microsoft Office(Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
・目的やトーン&マナーに沿ったデザインアイデア・デザイン表現
・一定のレベルの画像合成スキル(Photoshop)
・AIジェネレーターの使用スキル
・入稿・印刷の知識
・デジタル制作物(webデザイン・SNSバナー制作)の知見(インタラクティブデザイン経験があると尚良し)
・社内外でのコミュニケーションを大切にできる方

・語学力(英語)
・版権の理解、コスト管理能力
