This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of digital campaigns through high-impact static ads and email designs. Accountabilities:

  • Design visually compelling static ads for social media, display channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Create responsive email campaign designs optimized for desktop and mobile, enhancing engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into effective visual assets.
  • Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines.
  • Optimize creative assets for performance and marketing objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Provide feedback to improve visual direction and maintain creative excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver final files optimized for web, email, and social media platforms.
    • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email design platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms including social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Ability to create responsive email templates optimized for mobile and desktop views.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or DTC/e-commerce brands.
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns and email marketing best practices.
