Job DescriptionRole:
Matching international talent with Japanese enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be connecting companies struggling with labor shortages with high-skilled foreign professionals. This is a rewarding role where you will support both the candidates' dreams and the clients' business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Acquire new client companies and build long-term relationships.
Job Postings:
Create detailed job descriptions based on client needs.
Candidate Interviews:
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with foreign talent.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with support members to manage administrative tasks.
Note:
You will have opportunities for international business experience, including online meetings with overseas partners and business trips, particularly to the Philippines and other Asian regions.
[Requirements]Must-have: 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales (Corporate Sales).
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the recruitment/HR industry.
English:
Lower-Intermediate Business Level.
Japanese:
Fluent.
Mindset:
Passion for international business and a desire to utilize global experience in a diverse work environment.

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
Salary:
¥4,000,000 - ¥5,000,000 per annum
Probation Period: 3 months
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Sat/Sun), National Holidays, Summer/New Year holidays.
Overtime:
Less than 10 hours per month.
