職務内容:
宝飾ブランドにおける修理管理業務および関連事務、電話・メールでのお問い合わせ対応
1) 修理品管理業務:
オフィスに届く修理品の受付から見積、進行管理、仕上がり、返却までの適切な管理
システムへの情報入力(顧客情報、製品情報、状態、依頼内容、見積、納期など)
製品検品、パーツ手配、出荷等の軽作業
本国へのメール問い合わせ対応
技術者との頻繁な連携
2) 電話・メール問い合わせ対応:
担当ブランドの宝飾品に関する問い合わせ窓口(製品、修理、オンライン購入など)
アフターセールスサービスにおける社内外からの問い合わせ窓口
求めるスキル・経験:
宝飾品の取扱経験がある方歓迎(検品経験、G.G.資格保持者優遇)
宝飾品の取扱経験がない場合でも、ホテル、航空会社、ラグジュアリーブランド、百貨店での経験があれば応募可
英語スキル:
基本的な読み書きは必須。海外担当者と簡単なメールのやり取りが可能なレベルは歓迎(口頭でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可)
コンプライアンスに関する十分な理解があり、規定に沿った対応ができる方
基本的な事務処理能力とPCスキル(参考:
主にSAP, Excel, Teams, Outlook, 使用)
ブラインドタッチが可能 (通話中に画面操作ができること)
精密機械や宝飾品など、慎重な作業に慣れている方(入社後に対応方法をご説明いたします)

Job Responsibilities:
Management of repair operations for luxury jewelry brands, associated administrative tasks, and handling inquiries via phone and email.
1) Repair Management Operations:
Appropriate management of repair items received at the office, from acceptance to quotation, progress tracking, and completion.
Data entry into the system (customer information, product details, condition, repair requests, quotations, delivery dates, etc.).
Light tasks including product inspection, parts ordering, and shipping.
Email correspondence with headquarters abroad.
Frequent communication with technicians.
2) Phone and Email Inquiry Handling:
Point of contact for inquiries related to the assigned brand's jewelry (product inquiries, repair-related inquiries, online purchase inquiries, etc.).
Internal and external point of contact for after-sales service inquiries.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience handling jewelry is welcome (experience in inspection, G.G. qualification holders are particularly preferred).
Even without jewelry handling experience, experience in hotels, airlines, luxury brands, or department stores is acceptable.
English Skills:
Basic reading and writing are essential. The ability to communicate with overseas counterparts via email is particularly welcome (oral communication skills are a plus).
A thorough understanding of compliance and the ability to act in accordance with regulations.
Basic administrative processing skills and PC proficiency (experience with SAP, Excel, Teams, Outlook is welcome).
Ability to touch-type (to operate the screen while on a call).
Familiarity with careful handling of precision machinery and jewelry (handling methods will be explained upon joining the company).
