同社にて下記業務を担当します。

【職務詳細】

■広告営業・アカウントマネジメント

ナショナルクライアントから中堅D2C企業まで、ペット関連を中心とした企業に対して、メディアPecoのメディア・データ・SNS・AI連携ソリューションを提案。

短期的な販売成果だけでなく、ブランドLTV向上を意識した中長期パートナーシップを構築します。

■営業商材・販売モデルの組成

代表・事業責任者と連携し、AI診断データやオーナーデータを活かした新しい広告商品・パッケージを企画。

営業現場からのフィードバックを基に、提案資料・料金設計・効果測定フローなどを自ら磨き込んでいきます。

■新規開拓・市場拡張の実行

既存広告主に依存しない新規顧客開拓をリード。

業界横断的なネットワーク構築(メーカー、代理店、プラットフォームなど)を推進し、メディアPecoのマーケットプレゼンスを拡大します。

■プロジェクト実行と改善PDCA

クライアントごとの案件について、企画立案~制作ディレクション~効果検証~再提案までを一気通貫で担当します。

施策後は、CTR・CVR・LTV・獲得単価などの実績データを分析し、再提案や商品改善につなげる。

【必須】

・マーケティング商材の法人営業または営業BizDev経験(4年以上)

【尚可】

・広告・メディア・デジタルマーケティング領域での営業またはプランニング経験

・事業/プロダクトの収益構造を理解し、商材設計を行った経験

・新規事業/広告商品の立ち上げ経験

【給与】

年収:600万~1200万程度

年俸制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:無

昇給:年2回

東京都渋谷区千駄ヶ谷3-60-7

副都心線「北参道」駅徒歩9分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

10:00~19:00
