We are seeking a Digital and Marketing Operations Coordinator for Japan.
This role is responsible for executing all required digital and marketing campaigns, as well as B2B and B2C activities to meet key KPIs.
The selected candidate will monitor daily digital and marketing campaigns, ensuring regular tracking and reporting to leadership teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for assigned regions
- Executing end-to-end B2B and B2C campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Displaying promotional offers, value-adds, and ancillary product propositions
- Running regular reports to monitor usage of assigned marketing budget and returns on investment
- Updating calendars of B2B and B2C activities and tracking campaign budget and reporting to management teams
- Maintaining daily interactions with regional digital and marketing teams and stakeholders
- Ensuring all campaigns are compliant with Qatar Airways' brand guidelines and standards
- Performing other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department

Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1-2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in Marketing and Digital
- Native in Japanese language and business-level English proficiency
- Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships, and loyalty marketing is a plus
You must have the legal rights to live and work in Japan to be considered for this role.
