We're looking for a Marketing Manager - Fixed Term. This role is Hybrid, Tokyo Office. Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an innovative, highly motivated Field Manager Marketing to join our APJ Marketing Team. This role will be primarily responsible for developing the regional marketing strategy and corresponding campaigns to support lead and revenue targets for sales in Japan. Key objectives include creating awareness of and education about Cornerstone's product and service offerings, establishing and managing lead generation campaigns and co-ordinating the full efforts of the Japan Marketing programs.

This is a 12-month contract position.

In this role, you will:
  • Support the creation of a regional demand generation marketing strategy to drive and accelerate qualified leads and pipeline for the Japan sales team.
  • Align with regional growth opportunities and objectives.
  • Support the annual strategy and campaign calendar for the region.
  • Localise and augment global and APJ growth campaigns for the regional audience.
  • Create outbound campaigns addressing specific prospect and customer cohorts within the region.
  • Partner with the extended marketing team to realise and execute the marketing strategy in Japan.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance and trends throughout the funnel.
  • Understand key market trends in the region.
  • Collaborate with the extended marketing organisation to understand and articulate the wider marketing and communications strategy in the region.
  • Manage the regional field marketing budget.
You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in field marketing or demand generation in B2B marketing space; software/SaaS marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in finding innovative solutions to traditional marketing challenges.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practices.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels.
  • A results and team-oriented outlook.
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical – identifying new and inventive ways to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of the strategy.
