学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
Python、Go、Java、JavaScript のいずれかを使用した開発経験が 1 年以上あること。
日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、担当地域のお客様との関係管理をサポートできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
生成 AI(GenAI)、機械学習(ML)、アプリケーション開発の経験。
新たなプロセスの導入と、既存プロセスの改善に携わった経験。
分析や調査に基づいて問題を解決した経験、定量分析や複雑なステークホルダー管理の経験。
プロジェクト管理とプログラム管理の理論に関する知識と、運用上の問題を解決に導く実践的な応用。
クラウド プラットフォーム(Google Cloud など)と最新のアプリケーション アーキテクチャについての知識。
生成 AI ソリューションの実装を可能にする優れた技術力と問題解決能力。

Google Cloud のカスタマー エンジニアは、テクノロジーと人材を結び付け、お客様が問題を解決するための適切なツールを選択し、持続的な成長につながるソリューションを作り上げる支援をします。
テクニカル アクセラレーション プログラム(TAP)およびミニ テクニカル アクセラレーション プログラム(MiniTAP)のプログラム マネージャーには、生成 AI が専門のアソシエイト フィールド カスタマー エンジニアへの早期のキャリアパスが用意されています。
TAP はプロトタイピング ワークショップのようなものです。そこでお客様が実用最小限のプロダクトを開発できるようサポートします。一方、MiniTAP では、Google Cloud のプロダクトやソリューションに関する所定のワークショップ一式を提供し、プレゼンテーションと組み合わせて、お客様が特定のサービスを効果的に理解できるようにします。
この職種は、3 年以内に生成 AI アプリケーション / エージェント開発を専門とするアソシエイト フィールド カスタマー エンジニアに成長することを目指す gReach アソシエイトを対象としています。プログラム管理業務から、お客様と直接やり取りする技術的な業務へと徐々に移行していただきます。

業務内容
プログラムに関する社内の全関係者とのコミュニケーションを管理し、社内で定期的にすり合わせを行い進捗を報告する。
議事録や PR 資料など、プログラムのドキュメント全般を作成し管理する。
会場の予約やケータリングの管理など、プログラムの運営サポートを提供する。
プログラムの進捗状況を追跡して報告し、潜在的なリスクや問題を特定して、改善のための解決策を提案する。
役割の変化に合わせて、生成 AI MiniTAP コンテンツを開発して提供する。お客様とのやり取りや技術的な責任をより直接的に担い、お客様とのエンゲージメントにおいてサポート クラスタのフィールド FSR / CE を支援する。
