当社が主導する中小規模の多次元で複雑なプログラムを、お客様と当社の成功と品質の基準をクリアしつつ遂行
各種トラックの責任者や顧客側関係者と調整しながら、詳細なプログラム計画を立て、計画に沿ってプログラムを遂行
適切なマイルストーンを伴う基本計画の作成、モニタリングの進捗に関する各トラック責任者とのレビュー、依存性やリスクの指摘およびスケジュール順守のための適切な緩和策の策定
その他、対象範囲やスケジュール、リスク、構成、変更、コミュニケーション、問題のエスカレーション、予算、品質、納品、契約やベンダー、人員の管理
スキル/資格
必須スキル
プログラムマネージャーとして、中規模から大規模な製造、自動車、消費財企業向けのエンドツーエンドのSAP ECC、S/4 HANAまたはその他ERPパッケージの実装に携わった経験
バイリンガル、日本語と英語の高いコミュニケーション能力
歓迎スキル
マルチベンダーのシナリオの経験
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in cross cultural teams and different geographical time zones.
