本職種は、日本の政府、自治体発行の障がい者認定証をお持ちの方のみを応募対象としています。

必要な条件/経験:

学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
プロジェクト / プログラム管理、コンサルティング、または関連業界に携わった 3 年以上の経験。
日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

分析の実施、ダッシュボードの作成、最適化案の提示など、ビジネス分析に携わった経験。
SQL および Python プログラミングの経験、または ML を活用した経験
Google 広告またはその他のオンライン広告ソリューションの使用経験とメディア業界全体の知見
英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。
エンドツーエンドのエクスペリエンスとソリューションを一手に担う能力。

gReach プログラムは、障がいのある業界プロフェッショナル向けの有給スキルアップ プログラムです。12 か月の参加期間の間、皆様にはオンザジョブ トレーニングの形式で、さまざまなプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。gReach プログラムの目標は、マイノリティ グループに属する参加者の皆様に、プロフェッショナルとしてキャリアを形成する機会を提供することです。

チームが、その実現を支援します。このチームは信頼できるアドバイザーで構成され、世界中のお客様をサポートしています。gTech が提供するソリューションは、技術的スキルやプロダクトに関する専門知識、お客様の複雑なニーズに対する深い理解がベースとなっています。固有の問題を解決する特別なソリューションから、汎用性の高い新ツールまで、お客様が Google プロダクトから確実にメリットを得られるようにすることが gTech の目標です。

プロダクトに関する深い知識と、お客様のデジタル マーケティングの目標に対する理解を持ち、カスタマー エクスペリエンスを向上させる機会を見つけてください。これは、システム上の問題を特定し、プロダクト、エンジニアリング、セールス、ポリシーなど、Google のさまざまな分野の専門家と協力して、データ、分析、AI を活用したスケーラブルなソリューションを開発するということです。

この職種では、特に AI や Google の広告プロダクトなどのテクノロジーを習得する能力が求められます。また、社内外の関係者と協力して業務を進めるために、優れたコミュニケーション能力と影響力も必要です。

業務内容

指定されたクライアントのポートフォリオについて、優れたカスタマー エクスペリエンスを主導し、複雑な問題の解決と高い顧客満足度の実現を確実に行う。
主要なクライアント エンゲージメント指標(プロダクトの導入、問題解決の時間、満足度スコアなど)をモニタリングおよび管理し、改善すべき領域を特定して対処する。
Google の広告主様、製品、エンジニアリング、ポリシー、セールスの各チーム、代理店様、パートナー様と連携して強固な関係を築き、協力して問題解決に取り組む。
カスタマー ジャーニー全体を通して優れたカスタマー エクスペリエンスを提供することを最優先課題として取り組む。トラブルシューティングと問題解決を行い、Google の広告主様、セールスチーム、代理店様、パートナー様と直接やり取りする。
プロダクトに関する深い専門知識を活かして、お客様の複雑な技術的問題やエスカレーションを解決し、プロダクト、プロセス、ポリシーを強化するための戦略的プロジェクトを実行する。
