A renowned recruitment professional services company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead vacancy discussions and define recruitment plans with hiring managers
- Advise on attraction strategies based on market trends and hiring needs
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding
- Source candidates through diverse channels and techniques
- Develop talent pipelines and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment (technology is ideal)
- Prior experience developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
- Proven experience managing candidates through recruitment process
- Understanding of various candidate sourcing strategies (web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
- Professional level Japanese and English
