多言語対応メディカルインフォメーションスペシャリスト (MMIS) は、ProPharma のメディカルインフォメーションコンタクトセンターの一員として、関連する法規制、業界基準、ならびにクライアントおよび社内の規程に従い、メディカルインフォメーション業務や有害事象、特別状況、有害事象および製品苦情の収集・記録を行います。
主な職務内容
メディカルインフォメーション業務
- 患者、医療従事者、その他外部からのメディカル情報や安全性情報に関する問い合わせ(電話、Eメール、郵便、FAX、学会等)に対応し、製薬会社クライアントを代表して回答を行う。
- 規制要件、業界基準、クライアントおよび ProPharma の方針に従い、承認済み・未承認情報を含む医療/安全性情報を提供する。
- 有害事象、妊娠報告、特別状況、製品苦情を正確に特定・記録し、規制当局の要件、ProPharma の SOP、クライアントのワーキングプラクティスに従い報告する。
- 英語文書を日本語へ、または日本語文書を英語へ翻訳し、口頭または書面で回答を提供する。
- ProPharma の SOP および WPs に基づき、期限内に業務を遂行する。
- 添付文書、標準回答集、学術文献等を活用して正確な回答を作成し、必要に応じてカスタム回答の作成にも寄与する。
- 全ての問い合わせを正確かつ包括的、かつ迅速に Inquiry Handling System に記録する。
品質保証
- 有害事象、製品品質苦情、対応文書、問い合わせ記録等について、すべての業務において品質を維持する。
- 翻訳物の品質チェックを ProPharma の翻訳 SOP に従って実施する。
その他業務
- ビジネスニーズに応じて、当番制で夜間対応を行う。
- 個人情報や機密情報の取扱いについて、ProPharma の SOP および雇用契約に定められた守秘義務に基づき、会社および各国のデータプライバシー規程を遵守する。
- 会社の安全衛生方針を遵守する。
- 上長から指示されたその他の業務を遂行する。
応募資格(必須)
- 日本の看護師資格を保有していること。
- 日本語を母国語とすること。
- 英語に堪能であり、優れた翻訳スキルを有すること。
- 医学用語、薬理学、生理学、規制および業界基準に関する十分な知識。
- 日本語および英語での優れた文章力と口頭表現力(校正、電話応対、顧客対応スキルを含む)。
- 正確で文法的に正しい日本語文章を作成できる能力。
- 論理的思考力、分析力、言語理解力などの高い認知能力。
- 厳しいスケジュールの中で複数業務を正確に遂行し、優先順位をつける能力。
- 主体的かつ自律的に問題を特定し、解決策を提案できること。
- チームでの協働姿勢を持ち、フィードバックを受け入れ、担当業務に責任を持てること。
- Microsoft Office、Adobe Acrobat、文書管理システムの使用経験を有し、新しいシステム(例:Inquiry Handling Database)を迅速に習得できる能力。
