当部門では、データ分析に基づく事前対策の立案と実行により、輸送品質の向上と安定化を図ります。品質評価やキャリアサポートを通じて特定された課題に対して、キャリアパートナーの皆様と協力しながら改善策を立案・実行し、長期的な品質向上と相互の信頼関係強化を実現していただきます。
Key job responsibilities
データ分析に基づく予防的アプローチにより、輸送品質の向上と安定化を図ります。また、キャリアパートナーの皆様のエンゲージメント向上に向けて、対応品質の評価・改善支援や運用ルールの理解促進など、長期的な信頼関係構築に取り組みます。なお、本職種はパソコンを使用して、遠隔で社内外の関係先をサポートするデスクワークです。(使用ツール:Amazon独自システム、Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel、電話、チャットなど)
運行管理スペシャリストとしての責務:
品質評価・業務トレーニングの実施、もしくはキャリアサポートのいずれかの機能において、データ分析と予防的アプローチによる品質向上を推進します。その中でLead Trans Specialistは、以下の責務を担います:
◆高度なデータ分析手法を活用し、品質向上に向けた予防的施策を立案・実行します。分析結果に基づく改善提案と効果測定を実施し、定期的なレポーティングとビジネスレビューでの発表を行います。
◆メンバーの指導と育成を担当し、日次/週次の業務進捗管理と品質モニタリングを行います。チーム目標達成に向けた施策立案と実行を推進します。
◆品質向上に関する重要プロジェクトをリードし、関連部署との効果的な連携体制を構築します。プロジェクトの進捗管理とリスクマネジメントに責任を持ちます。
◆既存の業務プロセスの最適化と標準化を推進し、ベストプラクティスの確立と展開を行います。効率的な業務運営体制の構築に取り組みます。

本ポジションはシフト制です。
基本シフトは9:00-18:00(休憩1時間)
※繁忙期など、状況に応じて7:00-23:00の中で実働8時間のシフト勤務となる可能性があります
・休日:月10日(シフト制)

Basic Qualifications
- 社会人経験3年以上
- Office PCスキル基本レベル以上。特にMS Excelは基本的な関数を使えること
- 日本語でのビジネスLevelのコミュニケーション能力(議論、読み書き、電話応対)
- 対応品質評価・トレーニング構築の経験
Preferred Qualifications
- チームマネジメント経験(数名のメンバーを部下に持ち管理した経験があること)
- オペレーション管理の経験(KPI管理、パフォーマンス管理、ワークフロー管理など)
- プロジェクマネジメント経験
