Liaise with the external service provider for call center operation
Negotiate contracts if necessary, monitor performance, and ensure the external service provider meet agreed service level.
Manage and update FAQs database for the products
Perform quality reviews for Call Center responses on the products
Handling escalated inquires from the external service provider, internal Sales and Medical Affairs customers.
Create and update standard response letters and other Medical Information assets
Provide product, disease and other clinical trainings to Call Center members
Monitor the medical literature and conference abstracts for new reports on the products to utilize as the assets
Provide new hire and refresher training for the sales team
Communicate insights and trends from Medical Information inquires to top management and internal stakeholders
Properly handle AE to report
Support cross-functional product review committees (e.g., promotional material review)
Apply legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements to all Medical Information activities
Manage and coordinate local language translations
Staff Medical Information exhibit booths at professional society meetings
Review speakers' material in the sponsored conferences in accordance with the promotion code
Ensure the quality and currency of Medical Information SOPs and work instructions
