We are looking for a HR Generalist/ business partner to single-handedly manage and drive the HR activities for Japan and Korea.
Reporting to the HR Director for the region, this person will work closely with the HR Director, GM and the functional leaders in the geography to understand the business needs and to provide advice and service in all areas of HR & Admin, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, talent management and employee relationshipA bit about you
You bring with you experience and knowledge of HR processes and procedures, covering the end-to-end employee life cycle . You also have experience working with the senior leaders as a HR Business Partner. This helped you build good commercial awareness, too, understanding the business and its priorities.
And we will rely on you to have good knowledge of current and forthcoming legislation (employment and others) that might impact Clarks.
As an international company, we will need you to have experience working in a matrix organisation or multinational company, Retail experience is preferred but will consider similar fast pace industries.
This role will cover retail and corporate employees. Good written and spoken English to help connect with the Clarks wider HR community is also required.About Clarks
