パブリックセクター事業本部 教育・社会基盤統括本部 教育戦略本部では、教育機関を担当するAI Workforce Specialist (旧 Modern Work Specialist) を募集しています。教育現場や行政の働き方、そして児童生徒学生の学び方が大きく変化している中、生成AI のテクノロジーが登場し、大きなモメンタムになってきています。このポジションは、クラウドサービスである Microsoft 365 と Microsoft 365 Copilot 、そして教育機関向けに特化したソリューションであるLearning Accelerators等を中心に、大学、教育委員会、関連省庁や独立行政法人のデジタルを通じた教育変革実現のために精力的に活動いただける方の応募をお待ちしております。
Responsibilities
EducationチームのAI Workforce Specialist(旧Modern Work Specialist) は、アカウントエグゼクティブやアカウントテクノロジーストラテジスト、社内関係者と適切に連携し、お客様に対してエンドツーエンドのModern Workに関する知見を提供しAI Penetrationに貢献することが期待されます。顧客価値を創出し、変革的な成果を実現する戦略的な機会を開拓・獲得することに情熱を持つ、経験豊富で信頼できるスペシャリストセールスを募集しています。
AI Workforce Specialist として、顧客と共にデジタルトランスフォーメーションおよびモダンワーク戦略を構築し、顧客環境内のさまざまなグループと連携して、ハイブリッドワーク環境におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進を成功に導きます。コンサルティング型の顧客対話をリードし、フロントラインワーカー、Teams Rooms & Phone、次世代Windows体験、Copilotの機会に関する計画、調整、実行を、社内ステークホルダーやパートナーと協力して進め、クロスセルやアップセルを実現します。このポジションは、ソリューション営業やコラボレーションスキルを磨き、モダンワークに関するエンドツーエンドの専門性を深めながら、キャリアを加速させる絶好の機会です。Microsoftのミッションは、「地球上のすべての人と組織が、より多くを達成できるようにすること」です。私たちは、成長マインドセットを持ち、他者をエンパワーするために革新し、共通の目標を実現するために協力します。毎日、尊重・誠実・責任という価値観を基盤に、誰もが職場やその先で活躍できるインクルーシブな文化を築いています。
職務内容
- 営業実行: バーチャルチームを統率し、顧客ニーズを評価して、ステークホルダーネットワークを構築し、Modern Workの機会を加速・成約する戦略を策定
- ビジネス価値提案: 顧客のビジネス意思決定者との関係を拡大し、Modern Workの新規機会を発掘。顧客のビジネス・技術優先事項、ガバナンス、意思決定・予算プロセスを理解し、Modern Workソリューションの価値を訴求
- スケーリングと連携: 社内ステークホルダーやパートナーと協力し、Modern Workの機会を計画・調整・実行し、クロスセル・アップセルを推進
- 技術的専門性: Modern Work導入にあたる意思決定者(BDMやITDM)との対話をリードし、ベストプラクティスや競合情報を共有、専門家として追求・撤退の判断を支援
- 営業の卓越性: テリトリー全体でアカウント計画を策定し、競合プランやビジネス分析を実施、高ポテンシャル顧客を開拓し、Modern Workソリューションを組織全体で管理
Qualifications
必須条件
- テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 5年以上 またはコンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、経営学、または関連分野の学士号+テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 4年以上
任意条件
- テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 7年以上 または情報技術または関連分野の学士号+同経験 6年以上 または経営学修士(MBA)、情報技術または関連分野の修士号+同経験 3年以上ソリューションまたはサービス営業経験 4年以上教育免許など教育に関わる知識や経験、学位を持つ方
