Responsibilities
EducationチームのAI Workforce Specialist(旧Modern Work Specialist) は、アカウントエグゼクティブやアカウントテクノロジーストラテジスト、社内関係者と適切に連携し、お客様に対してエンドツーエンドのModern Workに関する知見を提供しAI Penetrationに貢献することが期待されます。顧客価値を創出し、変革的な成果を実現する戦略的な機会を開拓・獲得することに情熱を持つ、経験豊富で信頼できるスペシャリストセールスを募集しています。
AI Workforce Specialist として、顧客と共にデジタルトランスフォーメーションおよびモダンワーク戦略を構築し、顧客環境内のさまざまなグループと連携して、ハイブリッドワーク環境におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進を成功に導きます。コンサルティング型の顧客対話をリードし、フロントラインワーカー、Teams Rooms & Phone、次世代Windows体験、Copilotの機会に関する計画、調整、実行を、社内ステークホルダーやパートナーと協力して進め、クロスセルやアップセルを実現します。このポジションは、ソリューション営業やコラボレーションスキルを磨き、モダンワークに関するエンドツーエンドの専門性を深めながら、キャリアを加速させる絶好の機会です。Microsoftのミッションは、「地球上のすべての人と組織が、より多くを達成できるようにすること」です。私たちは、成長マインドセットを持ち、他者をエンパワーするために革新し、共通の目標を実現するために協力します。毎日、尊重・誠実・責任という価値観を基盤に、誰もが職場やその先で活躍できるインクルーシブな文化を築いています。
職務内容
営業実行: バーチャルチームを統率し、顧客ニーズを評価して、ステークホルダーネットワークを構築し、Modern Workの機会を加速・成約する戦略を策定
ビジネス価値提案: 顧客のビジネス意思決定者との関係を拡大し、Modern Workの新規機会を発掘。顧客のビジネス・技術優先事項、ガバナンス、意思決定・予算プロセスを理解し、Modern Workソリューションの価値を訴求
スケーリングと連携: 社内ステークホルダーやパートナーと協力し、Modern Workの機会を計画・調整・実行し、クロスセル・アップセルを推進
技術的専門性: Modern Work導入にあたる意思決定者(BDMやITDM)との対話をリードし、ベストプラクティスや競合情報を共有、専門家として追求・撤退の判断を支援
営業の卓越性: テリトリー全体でアカウント計画を策定し、競合プランやビジネス分析を実施、高ポテンシャル顧客を開拓し、Modern Workソリューションを組織全体で管理
Qualifications
必須条件
テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 5年以上 またはコンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、経営学、または関連分野の学士号+テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 4年以上
任意条件
テクノロジー関連の営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験 7年以上 または情報技術または関連分野の学士号+同経験 6年以上 または経営学修士(MBA)、情報技術または関連分野の修士号+同経験 3年以上ソリューションまたはサービス営業経験 4年以上教育免許など教育に関わる知識や経験、学位を持つ方
