【組織概要】

DSR-Enterpriseは、Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) の主軸製品であるサーバ・ストレージ製品、及びそれに付随するサービス/ソリューションの販売促進を担う、全社内で重要な役割を果たす部門です。このポジションでは、顧客のビジネスニーズを深く理解し、それに基づいた最適なサーバ・ストレージソリューションを提案することで、年間の売上目標の達成を目指します。また、インダストリーごとの特性や課題に対応したソリューションを提供することで、顧客のITインフラの価値を最大化する重要な役割を担います。

【職務内容】

1. 営業活動:

  • HPEのサーバ・ストレージ製品、及びそれに付随するサービス/ソリューションの販売促進と営業活動を実施
  • インダストリーごとの特性や課題を分析し、それに適した製品を提案。
  • 年間の売上目標を達成するための営業戦略を策定し、実行。
  • デジタルツールを活用した新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係維持強化。

2. ソリューション提案:

  • 顧客のビジネスニーズやITインフラ課題を理解し、HPEの最新テクノロジーを活用したカスタマイズソリューションを提案。
  • インダストリーに特化した高度な技術的知識を活用し、顧客の課題解決を支援。
  • 必要に応じて技術部門やUS本社の製品チームと連携し、専門的なサポートを提供。

3. グローバル連携:

  • 国内の営業活動に加え、US本社の製品部門や技術部門と密に連携を図る。
  • HPEが誇る最新のテクノロジーを活用し、顧客に最適なソリューションを提供。
  • グローバルチームとの協力により、競争力のある製品提案を実現。

4. 市場分析と競合調査:

  • サーバ/ストレージ市場のトレンドや競合他社の動向を分析し、営業活動に反映。
  • インダストリーごとの市場ニーズを把握し、HPE製品の競争力を強化。
  • 営業部門内での知識共有や改善提案を行い、組織全体の成長に寄与。

5. 顧客対応:

  • 契約交渉や見積もり作成を含む商談を円滑に進める。
  • 定期的な訪問やコミュニケーションを通じて、顧客との信頼関係を構築。
  • 導入後のフォローアップを行い、顧客満足度を向上させる。

【必須スキル・経験】

· 5年以上の法人IT営業経験(メーカー、Sire等問わず)

· 自らゴールとプラン設定ができ、積極的に行動するリーダーシップがある方

· 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方

· フットワーク軽く、スピード感をもって活動ができる方

· 顧客や社内他部門に対する提案等のコミュニケーション能力がある方

· IT全般の知識 (あれば、尚可)
