:

Leads and owns the overall customer, including price and commercial negotiation, achieve financial targets, manage relationship.

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience at Tier1 automotive supplier
  • Experience with electronic products
  • Self-motivated, analytical, persuasive and strong business acumen with an outstanding track record in sales.
  • Adept at growing sales, negotiating pricing, identifying profitable business opportunities, developing sound business deals as well as demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about technology innovation and business with interests and experience creating and positioning new products and services.
  • Strategic leader with excellent communication skills able to navigate high level complex business opportunities and the ability to engage with customer's technical, commercial and executives teams to establish strong and collaborative relationship, and strategic partnerships in the end.
  • Inspiring, creative, engaging, and able to build an innovative culture to anticipate change, proactively consider the customer's perspective, and seek out new ideas, application, products, and solutions.
  • Analytical thinker able to focus on the key drivers of a decision and think through the down-stream consequences of various options. Considers implications, financial impact, strategic alignment and influence to customer's strategy when making decisions.
  • Results orientated, builds commitments and enthusiasm to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Drives a culture of exceptional performance, accountability and ethical behavior to ensure that strategic focus areas are executed and deliver significant results for Visteon.
