Job Description
- Sr. Account management for Key Accounts
- Formulation and execution of long-term revenue growth strategies
- Ability to build relationships across multiple layers at Key Account (Executive Officers / Division Heads, Department Managers, Section Managers)
- Annual budget planning, KPI and risk management
- Advanced coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience in the semiconductor industry (10+ years), with proven experience managing major accounts
- Track record in strategic sales and long-term agreement (LTA) negotiations
- Experience in proposing automotive systems
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Presentation and negotiation skills in English
- Knowledge of business analysis and profitability improvement
- Experience in quality issue handling
Personality
- Ability to achieve short- and long-term goals/KPI
- Strategic thinking
- Transparency (clear reporting and communication)
- Strong execution under pressure
- Skilled in negotiation and building win-win solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and team compatibility
