Job Description -

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

Own P&L, delivery governance, and execution for large automotive software portfolios

Lead multi-site, global delivery teams across embedded, cloud, and digital platforms

Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, MISRA, and functional safety standards

Drive predictable delivery using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as single-point delivery owner for strategic OEM and Tier-1 accounts

Build executive relationships with CXO, Engineering, and Procurement stakeholders

Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Engineering & Technology Leadership

Oversee delivery across:

ADAS / Autonomous Systems

SDV & Middleware

AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive

Infotainment (Android, QNX, Linux)

Connected Vehicles, OTA, Cloud & Data

EV Software & BMS

Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, model-based development, AI-enabled testing

Operational Excellence

Improve delivery margins, utilization, and productivity

Implement best-in-class delivery metrics, risk management, and quality frameworks

Mentor and build high-performance delivery leadership (Program Managers, Delivery Managers)

Growth & Strategy

Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and RFP responses

Partner with sales and engineering to drive account growth and new logos

Qualifications & Experience

12+ years in automotive software delivery / ER&D services

Proven experience managing large delivery portfolios ($50M+ preferred)

Strong understanding of automotive software lifecycle and standards

Experience working with global OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers

Strong leadership across global, cross-functional teams
