高齢者や、そのご家族のための地域の身近な相談窓口が「地域包括センター」です。

「介護保険について知りたい」「お金の管理に困っている」「物忘れが気になるがどこに相談したらいいかわからない」など、日常で感じている不安や困りごとの相談に対して、私達は行政や他機関との連絡調整等を行います。高齢者が住み慣れた場所で安心して生活できるよう、介護・福祉・健康・医療など様々な角度から総合的に支援していきます。

・相談対応(福祉サービスや関係機関のご紹介や連絡等)

・介護予防ケアマネジメント

・ケアプランの作成 など

地域に根差した介護サービスを目指す当社では、市区町村からの委託を受け、地域包括支援センターを運営しており、介護予防を中心としたケアマネジメントや高齢者、介護するご家族からの幅広い相談、地域に向けて介護を周知する事業活動、地域事業への参加等を行うことがお仕事になります。資格があっても未経験の方、ブランクがある方、それまでの様々な経験や知識を活かして、地域包括支援センターで一緒に地域、社会貢献していきませんか?

  • 入社時研修(入社~3ヶ月)

・事業所内オリエンテーション

・課題把握(アセスメント)に関る情報の入力

・適正な給付管理・請求システムを知る(各種加算・減算)

・法令(運営基準)遵守のための居宅サービス計画作成上の注意点の確認

・介護予防サービス計画と給付の整合性を知る(アセスメントの重要性の理解 )

・計画的な業務の遂行

・法令(運営基準)に基づく業務の実施確認( サービス担当者会議・サービス担当者に対する照会・訪問・モニタリング・加算減算要件 )

・行政指定の研修

・地域包括事業部研修

<健康への取り組み>

職員は心身ともに健康でなくてはなりませんから、当社では健康管理をバックアップしています。

・身体面

定期健康診断やインフルエンザ予防接種助成金支給等を実施しています。

外部機関によるメンタルヘルスカウンセリングを実施しています。また社内におきましてもストレスチェックを実施しております。

<育児支援への取り組み>

最長3年間の育児休業取得可能な制度を設けています。男性職員も育児休業を取得しております。また育児休業だけでなく雇用形態の変更や、配置転換、時短勤務など、柔軟に対応できる体制を整えています。その為、多くの職員が職場復帰しているのが当社の特徴です。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり170時間

8:30〜17:30(休憩60分)

年間休日105日以上(2026年度は109日休み)

※土曜日、日曜日、祝日になりますが、月に1回、土曜日、日曜日、祝日に出社して頂きます。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 17万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり35時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万円

基本給170,000円+保健師手当40,000円+業務手当20,000円+固定時間外手当60,000円

賞与(年2回)

昇給あり(年1回)

退職金制度(在職3年以上、規程あり)

交通費規程支給(自宅から事業所迄の通勤距離2㎞以上で発生)

※電話当番手当あり(業務に慣れてきましたら別途発生します)
