Job Description
- 雇用形態: 正職員 (1ヵ月変形労働時間制)
- 就業場所: 日本東京神殿(東京都港区南麻布5-8-10)
- 給与: 教会規程による
- 応募締切:2026年2月22日(締切前に面接と採用を実施する場合があります)
- 勤務開始日: 2026年5月1日 (応相談)
Responsibilities
- 神殿、別館、および敷地内(建物の内外を含む)の施設設備、通信機器、その他の機器類の維持管理業務
- 予算管理、業務計画、委託業務などに関する報告書の作成
- その他神殿運営に関わる必要な業務をご担当いただきます
Qualifications
求める人物像:
- 有効な神殿推薦状を保持している方(必須・限定推薦状不可)
- 同僚職員と調和の精神をもって勤務することができる方
- 前向きに業務に取り組む姿勢をお持ちの方
- 神聖な場所を神聖に保つ仕事に誇りを持って取り組むことができる方
- 建物内外の様々な場所で業務を行うため、心身共に健康な方
保持していると役立つ経験や資格:
- 施設設備維持管理の実務経験(4~6年以上)
- 管理監督者の経験(2~3年以上)
- 施設設備や通信設備に関する学位または資格
- 清掃/メンテナンス器具、化学薬品を含む清掃用品やメンテナンスに関する経験や資格
- 健康衛生および安全規制に関わる資格、知識、経験
- 園芸敷地、外構保守に関わる知識、技能
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
